Cabernet Merlot

Colour: dark red
Nose: Bramble-berry, mint, cinnamon and violet
Palate: A compote of forest berries with vanilla and chocolate complimented by fine tannins

Winemakers Notes:
Cabernet Merlot shows how well the Cabernet can combine with Merlot to produce a wine that can either be drunk today or put away for a few years. Elegant and stylish dark berry cabernet characters are softened by the more generous soft cherry of merlot to make this a very approachable red.
