Cabernet Sauvignon
Colour: Garnet
Nose: Violets, blackcurrant, cassis with a hint of mint.
Palate: Ribena and red berries with creamy vanilla and some earthy
forest floor complexity. Supple and fine.
Winemakers Notes:
Cabernet is what Margaret River does best and McLeod Creek
Cabernet reflects the cooler and more refined of the regions grape
flavours. Open fermented and gently pressed to retain the freshness
of the fruit, the wine then spends 18 months in oak to mature and
soften.
