Merlot

Colour: ruby red
Nose: dark berry with sweet berry jube notes, mocha and a hint of mint.
Palate: Black berry, cherry and cedar notes with medium weight tannins and good length

Winemakers Notes:
Merlots mean many things to many people but this fellow should fit all comers. Plenty of fruit to ensure richness while the oak treatment gives the wine structure and depth. Will drink well now with robust meat dishes or leave it for a few years and enjoy with game.
