Shiraz

Colour: Deep red with purple highlights
Nose: White pepper, mulberry and vanilla
Palate: Generous cherry fruit with loads of white pepper and nutmeg spice.

Winemakers Notes:
Shiraz is beginning to come into its own in Margaret River and the grapes for this wine are from a more Southerly vineyard in which
pepper and spice dominate. The maritime climate allows the fruit to develop and ripen fully which gives the wine its fullness and length
