Chardonnay

Colour: Pale lemon
Nose: White nectarine and vanilla bean
Palate: Fresh lemon peel with citrus fruits and a hint of spice

Winemakers Notes:
This chardonnay has seen a portion spend some time in oak barrels while the rest of the blend has been fermented in stainless steel vats. The combination ensures the wine holds its freshness and fruit flavours but also gains a little spicy complexity from the oak.
