Erminio Iannarelli

Erminio Iannarelli (known as Mario) was born in a small village called Belmonte Castello which is located between Rome and Naples, Italy.
Travelling to Switzerland for work at the age of seventeen he started his long apprenticeship in his chosen career - hospitality.
From Switzerland he travelled to England where he was able to learn the language to add to his proficiency within the industry. He speaks fluent French, English, a spattering of Spanish and of course his native tongue Italian.
He often speaks of his attempts at learning German but was never able to master the language.
Mario worked his way up from the lowly task of cleaning toilets to donning an evening suit and cooking at the table for the elite as a highly regarded qualified chef.
