Winemaker's Notes
This is a beautiful, easy drinking Chardonnay that is sure to please.
No oak is used which leaves room for the full fruit characteristics to express themselves.
If you have gone off the big oaky Chardonnays, then try this one for size it will tantalise with lemon and grapefruit followed by guava and stone fruit aromas, developing into persistent tropical fruits on the palate.
Pear, melon and guava fruits with no oak influence make this a refreshing, full-flavoured wine with a soft finish

Mario's choice with this wine is Tegamino di Vitello which is made with small pieces of veal, onions, mushrooms, white wine & cream.
