Cabernet Sauvignon is what Margaret River does best and McLeod Creek Cabernet Sauvignon reflects the cooler and more refined of the regions grape flavours.
Open fermented and gently pressed to retain the freshness of the fruit, the wine then spends 18 months in oak to mature and soften.
Dark red in colour with blackcurrant, violets, cinnamon, and just a hint of menthol on the nose. Forest berry fruits, liquorice and sweet spices with a soft and full mouth feel make this a wine to enjoy now or to cellar.
